QETY STORE (hereinafter referred to as QETY) places great importance on the security of your personal data. Conscious of this responsibility, as the Data Controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and related legislation, we process your personal data within the framework outlined below.

Within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law, we obtain your personal data verbally, in writing, visually, or electronically within the scope of the contract or through physical locations and similar channels.


In this context, the primary general and special categories of personal data obtained for the aforementioned purpose and within the framework of activities carried out by our entire company are listed below:

  • Your identity data such as your name, surname, Turkish ID number, if you are not a Turkish citizen, your passport number or temporary Turkish ID number, your place and date of birth, marital status, gender information, and the photocopy of your Turkish Identity Card or driver's license that you present,
  • Your contact data such as your address, phone number, email address,
  • Your financial data such as your bank account number, IBAN number,
  • Health reports and certificates and documents required for occupational safety,
  • Your responses and comments shared for the purpose of evaluating our services,
  • Closed-circuit camera system footage,
  • Vehicle license plate information,
  • Navigation information obtained during the use of our website, IP address, browser information, and your location data submitted with your consent.

Your personal data and special categories of personal data listed above may be processed under the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law and for the purposes listed below:

  • Sharing requested information with the Social Security Institution, Police, and other public institutions and organizations in accordance with relevant legislation,
  • Fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements,
  • Verifying your identity by the Sales and Support departments,
  • Planning and managing internal operations of the institution by Company Management,
  • Providing training to our employees by Human Resources,
  • Monitoring and preventing fraud and unauthorized transactions by the Audit and Information Systems departments,
  • Performing risk management and quality improvement activities by the Information Systems departments,
  • Billing for our services by the Financial Affairs departments,
  • Confirming your relationship with institutions contracted with our company by the Financial Affairs departments,
  • Responding to all your questions and complaints regarding our services by Company Management, Support, and Sales departments,
  • Taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for data security of our company's systems and applications by Company Management and Information Systems departments,
  • Designing and communicating special content, tangible and intangible benefits in Marketing, Media and Communication, Web and mobile channels,
  • Measuring, increasing, and researching customer satisfaction by the relevant departments of our company,
  • Enabling the performance of education and training activities by educational institutions with which the institution collaborates.

Your "Personal and Special Categories of Data" mentioned above may be carefully preserved in physical and electronic archives within QETY STORE and external service providers, in compliance with legislative provisions.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data, within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other legal provisions, and for the purposes explained above, may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals, as well as with the following:

  • Ministry of Health, its affiliated units, and family health centers,
  • Private insurance companies (health, pension, life insurance, and similar),
  • Social Security Institution,
  • General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies,

It may be shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

Your personal data is collected and processed in all verbal, written, visual, or electronic media, for the purposes stated above and to enable the legal execution of all works included in the field of activity of QETY STORE, and within this scope, for QETY STORE to fully and properly fulfill its contractual and legal obligations. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Law and relevant legislation;

  • To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To access personal health data and request this data,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
  • To request that the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data and/or the deletion or destruction of personal data be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To demand compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

DATA SECURITY AND RIGHT TO APPLICATION

Your personal data is meticulously protected within technical and administrative possibilities, and necessary security measures are provided at an appropriate level for possible risks, taking into account technological possibilities. Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to exercise your rights stated above. To exercise your rights stated above, you can submit your request, which includes the necessary information to identify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law,

Our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by us.
